Here’s what I’m noticing in our market...

• Spring market is starting. There has been more new listings hitting the market then in December and the days on market has decreased compared to December.

• If you’re thinking about buying, now could be a good time because the number of new listings has increased, showing a rise from last month. This is encouraging news for prospective buyers, as more options are coming onto the market, possibly stabilizing the overall market activity.

• The average sales price has reached $542k, reflecting an 8% increase from last month. This indicates a positive trend in home values, as buyers continue to invest despite the current market conditions.

• Sellers may need to be mindful of competitive pricing with more homes hitting the market and adjust expectations to attract interest in the current market.
